Jesup Sewage Treatment Plant's Ghoulish Discharge

October 31, 2007

Folks when I inspected the Jesup sewage plant pipe area this afternoon this is what I found hung up in the tree limbs maybe 25 yards downstream of the pipe.

This stuff was not upstream, only downstream.

Y'all be the judge and the jury!!!!!!!!!!
