Experience a Luxurious Adventure on a Unique Barrier Island

We are all lucky to be a part of our beautiful watershed,
so take a chance.

–Around the Watershed in 80 Days – But we’re not there yet –

Thanks so much to all of you who have already donated.

We have not reached our goal of raising 25K so we are extending the campaign until Mother’s Day. And we have a WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY to sweeten the ending of the story.
Enter Around the Watershed in 97 Days – with a contribution of $250
or more and get a chance to win a two night stay at the “eco” Lodge on Little St Simons.

With a $500 donation you get 2 chances to win, with $750 you get 3 chances to win, $1,000: 4 chances to win, etc.   If you have already donated at this level, you are already entered in the drawing.

Around the World in Eighty Days was written by Jules Verne during a financially difficult time.  In consideration of today’s financially difficult times and because we want to broaden the chance to win to more people, we invite you to participate in an online fundraising program called First Giving.

Increase your chances to win.

If through your friends, you can raise $250 between now and Mothers Day then you will be eligible for the chance to win the Little St. Simons adventure. It’s simple; individuals can create their own fundraising page, send the page to their email contacts, and ask them to make donations to your fundraising efforts. Please start now, learn how to create your own fundraising page at: http://www.firstgiving.com/43746 and click on the link: How to start a fundraising page.

You can also team up with others off line to create $250 in donations to be entered in the drawing for Little St. Simons Island. Good luck and thank you for joining the Altamaha Riverkeeper’s efforts to protect the largest watershed in the state.

Working together to keep our watershed a better place to live. Stay tuned for more beautiful watershed wonders.

Please help us take full advantage of this gift by making a tax-deductible contribution today.
